Thongphun Thanatdi has nearly 30 years of experience preparing exquisite Thai dishes, both in Thailand and internationally, with stints at Thai eateries in Dubai and California. He credits his mother as his primary influence, as she was a remarkable home cook who taught him how to bring out the genuine flavors of the ingredients. According to Chef Thongphun, the key to Thai cuisine lies in carefully choosing the finest and most fresh ingredients, and handling them with reverence and affection.
